Spice Up a Plain Dress

If you've been a reader of my blog for a while, you're probably already aware that I am a lover of basic wardrobe pieces! A plain white tee, a black v-neck, a gray dress.. I love that these basic staples in your wardrobe can be dressed up or down! Versatility is the key to my closet.

Today I'm wearing the T Shirt Dress from Kosher Casual. It's seriously THE softest, most comfortable dress ever. I even got a couple compliments on it at work, which I thought was funny because it really is so plain. But sometimes, plain makes a statement! I layered on a vest, added some floral, and accessorized to dress it up a bit. This light color palette is totally my spring style :))

Did you read my post from yesterday how I lost my floral headband to the wind? Haha, well I'm lucky I have other ones.... I may or may not be obsessed ;D Hope you all have a great Wednesday! <3

Love the dress! It's always hard to find long dresses that work with G's :)

I'm going nuts with all things denim right now so naturally I love the layering of this dress with the vest. Very cute.
