Happy Friday!! It's time for another Blogtember post! I'm a bit sad that I don't have the time to participate every day, but I enjoy jumping in when I can :)
Today's prompt is How do you de-stress/take care of yourself?
I'm one of those people that has a lot of hobbies. I like trying new things, I like going out, I like staying in. So here's a list of things I enjoy doing to de-stress and take care of myself:
-read a book
-binge watch a TV show while simultaneously doing something (my nails, clean out my closet, dishes, eat, watercolor). I can't JUST watch a show, I have to be multitaking haha. I don't know how to slow down...
I know that's a lot of things and maybe they're not all "relaxing" activities, but it's what helps me find my inner self, as cheesy as that sounds. ha!
