EASY Summer Hair Tutorials with Garnier Whole Blends

With the warmer months coming up, I definitely am itching to put my hair up and off my neck! I can also be a bit lazy during warm summer mornings, so I have a few go-to easy hairstyles I turn to when I want to put little effort into my hair while looking like I put work into it ;) PLUS, my hair is super straight so it's nice to add a variety of style to my hair during the week.

I love using the Garnier Whole Blends Hair Care with Coconut Oil and Cocoa Butter Extracts from Walmart to keep my feeling super soft and smelling deeeelicious. Coconut is one of my favorite scents and my hair gets frizzy when I blow dry, so this line is perfect for me. The Whole Blends Hair Care Line has carefully-selected ingredients in its formulas to nourish deeply, hydrate, and repair your hair. It comes in a variety of treatments that are specific for your hair care needs - Such as Honey Treasures for Repairing, Coconut Water and Vanilla Milk for Hydrating, Argain Oil and Cranberry Extracts for Color Care, and more.

Whole Blends Soothing Hair Care comes with the shampoo, conditioner, Leave-In Conditioner, and Smoothing Oil. Start off by washing your hair with the great smelling shampoo and conditioner.
The leave-in conditioner intensely conditions hair and banishes frizz and adds shine to your hair. Simply apply a quarter-size amount to damp or dry hair and distribute evenly. I like to put it in my hair before I blow dry!

After drying my hair, I apply a dime-size amount of the Smoothing Oil and distribute it through my ends. I love how it makes my hair extra smooth, especially after the blow drying frizziness.
And now for my three summer hairstyles....

Low Bun with Braid - As much as I love top knots, I think a low bun is so chic. To add a fun touch of boho,  I like to add a little braid on the side before putting my bun together. Simply take a chunk of hair from your part and start a small braid. Gather the rest of your hair and create a bun at your neck. To add even more of a fun boho look, feel free to add a flower crown!

Side Braid - Start off by French braiding one side of your hair (I'm not the best at French Braiding, but good enough that it will stay in, haha!). Then once you come around to the back, I like to use a clip or a tie and hold that half of the braid in place. Next, start a braid on the other side of your head. Once you get halfway down, combine the two braids together. Once you get to the end of your hair, secure it with a hair tie and you're done!

No-Fail Topknot with Bow - And now for the topknot... I know this may sound silly, but when I want to put a bun on the top of my head, I will get on my bed face up with my head hanging off. I take a brush and brush my hair from my neck to the top of my head while gathering my hair in my hands. This way I don't get any pesky little lumps behind my head. Gather your hair and twist it into a bun, then secure it with a hair tie. Use any bobby pins to hold up loose hairs if needed. Clip in a bow below the topknot for an elevated topknot look!

I had to switch hair ties between photos which is why they are different colors, lol!

So there you go! Hairstyles that are out of your face, off your neck, and perfect for the summer! Stop by your local Walmart to find a line of Whole Blends that's good for you!
