As you may know...
I really am bad about keeping my outfits' color scheme to something simple...
It's kind of difficult for me ):
BUT I LOVE participating in blog outfit challenges.
So today I'm linking up to Freckles in April's "The Challenge": Monochrome.
I didn't think I did super great. Not gonna lie,it was hard for me to like my outfit.
I felt like a tomato. But after a while I started to like it. Kind of.
Then I tried it again the next day. And felt like a grape. Hahaha.

Frumpy Friday.

I can be such a lazy bum sometimes {all the time...}
Fridays I only have two classes, done by noon,so I let myself sleep in until right before I need to leave to get to my 9am class on time.
I don't shower, because I usually go to the gym afterwards.
And who wants to shower twice in one day?
Not this girl.
I'm sure the kids in my Friday classes always wonder why I look so frumpy.
They'd probably never guess that I have a fashion blog. Ha. Ha. Ha.
As much as I love dressing up... Sometimes I need a comfy day.

Now that's hawt.....
Happy Friday,friends!! :D

C is for... Celebrity Inspired!

Yep yep yep, once again I'm participating in My Greatest Hits' ABC's of Style!
Today is Day Three...

One of my MOST FAVORITE fashion icons,as just about anyone else's,is...
LC. Lauren Conrad. I have a girl-crush on her for sure.
This past summer I bought her book,"Style". It has amazing tips from wardrobe essentials to how to wear your LBD in different ways! I love it so much! All you fashionistas should definitely check it out.

This is Lauren's look I decided to copy.
She calls this her "comfy travel outfit". Hahaha but to me,it's a nice classy versitle outfit!
Here's my take:

Blazer: Forever21.
Scarf/Shirt: Target sale {$3 and $8}.
Jeans: Miss Me's.
Boots: UrbanOG.com

Love me some LC,baby.

B is for BOWS.

Hey,all!
Today I'm linking up to My Greatest Hit's "ABC Challenge".
Today is the second day,"B"... is for Bows!

Thrifting is totally my favorite.
At Saver's,I found a superrr cute blouse with a bow-tie front!
But... It was too large.
After a good 3 hours on a sewing machine,I FINALLY was able to fix everything up.
Tricky part? Taking in the sleeves,of course. But I conquered that shirt.
And now it is mine. Forever.

I could not find good lighting this day, forgive me...

How cute is this side-bow? I love it so much.

I know you can't really tell the color of these tights, but they are more of a dark raspberry-pink color... They were ten something dollars at DSW. But I got a $10 coupon on the mail,so I paid ONE DOLLAR for these tights! Woot woot.

Shirt: Thrifted {$4}
Belt: From another shirt.
Dress, worn as a skirt: Target sale.
Lace skirt: Japan.
Tights: DSW,discounted.
Booties: Payless shoes,sale.

Three cheers for thrifting!!! :D

Pinspiration.

Pinterest is the best inspiration for outfit ideas!!
I have a board I labeled "Fashinspiration" for looks I want to copy sometime soon.
I'm not a huge pinner yet,but well... it's a start.
I love how when I sit toward the back in a class,I can see many laptops opened up the Pinterest...For example,I took a {slightly} boring geology course, and every day I'd see girls Pinning their lives away. Haha it's pretty funny!!

When I saw this pin,I knew I had to copy the look.

Personally,I'd say I did a pretty decent job of copy catting her... ha!

Turquoise + white + mustard + navy.

Can you believe there is NO SNOW and it's January?!
Provo has been super nice! Loveeee it.

Shirt/Necklace/Skirt: Forever21.
Belt: Thrifted.
Tights: American Apparel.
Booties: Target,sale.

I need some advice!
My hair is getting LONG (for me! haha) and it's kind of getting out of control.
I know I need a trim soon, but should I keep it longer than short? Cut bangs? More layers?
I'm kind of liking it longer lately...
But I'm ready for a tiny change.
I'm open to suggestions!

Misikko HANAair: Hair Dryer Review.

Blow drying my hair is an essential part of my daily beauty routine.
If I don't... Well.. My hair tends to be very flat and a tad bit frizzy.

Have you ever heard of Misikko hair products?!
I've seen reviews on other blogs, which had sparked my curiosity...
So I was more than pleased when I was asked to try one of their blow dryers for myself!

The HANAair Blow Dryer.

Here is my 3-step hair process........

1. After the shower.... {you can see my summer sun highlighted hair fading! noooo): !!}

2. After blowdrying with the Misikko HANAair blow dryer! :D

3. after straightening.
Hooray for volumptuous hair! (:

JUST LOOK AT THIS BEAUTY!

~*Thoughts*~
-I love love the size. It's very light. Not too big and not too small.
-It's powerful! It dried my hair very quickly!
-I loved the settings it has... the different powers and the different temperatures!
-It is way nice looking. Black and sleek. Oh baby.
-My hair felt super soft the rest of the day. It was excellent!

And not only do they sell the best blow dryers...
But they also sell curling irons AND hair straighteners, too!

Thank you so much,Misikko!
All you bloggers need to check out their products!
Happy FRIDAY,everyone! <3
